After I received an online quote, I asked for someone from Palo Verde Glass and Screen to come out to provide me with an estimate since I am not a window expert and wanted to make sure that I wouldn't end up paying more than expected. When the employee arrived, he confirmed the price of the original quote and asked if I was ready to schedule the job. I let him know that I was not ready at that time. The next day, I received an email from Deb chastising me for having someone come out to give me a quote if I wasn't going to use them to fix my windows. I was appalled! I hadn't decided who I was going to use until then. I would NEVER use a company that sends out such disrespectful and unprofessional email to potential clients just because they aren't willing to immediately schedule a job.
