after all its just tanning
i usually head to tan right after work but i had the day off on this occasion. i was out running errands and decided to try this location on falls of neuse instead of my usual & boy was i dissapointed. the guy at the register tried to make me purchase a tanning lotion over $100 when i already had one to begin with, i repeatedly told him i was all set and he persisted. i am not saying all the locations are like this at all but never will i return to this one, if i wanted to get infuriated i would have gone to work thanks

Take your tanning business elsewhere!
The only thing good about this place is the decent beds. The employees (for the most part) have a bad attitude and for that reason, I have decided to tan elsewhere. Who wants to go tanning where the employees treat the customers like they're an inconvenience. Not I, and every time I go there I dread having to deal with these rude employees.

I feel like a valued customer
When I first was signed up for a package I received a little goodie bag and was explained clearly what beds/stand up booths I would be able to use. The owner/manager made me feel especially welcome to this location...she seems really genuine too....so I doubt any of the negative comments are about her.

I recently started tanning again and I was so amazed at how great this store was! The equipment was amazing and the staff really helped me figure out what I wanted to do and for the amount I wanted to pay. Store was exceptionally clean and I look awesome!!! Thanks!! I would recommend you to everyone i know!

I Love this place!!!!
I recently moved to Raleigh and just started tanning at Sun Tan City a few weeks ago. I was amazed at how clean the place was in comparison to any other place I have been to in the past. The beds are great and so is the staff!

Knowledgable and quick!
After tanning with Sun Tan City for several months now, I felt I should share how great I think the ladies that work there are! I always stop in after the gym around 6pm when I get off of work. They are usually busy around this time, but the staff does such a great job at helping the customers quickly and still taking the extra time to talk to us like we matter. Today a new employee helped me at the counter and although she mentioned only being with the company for a couple of weeks she was still very knowledgable about the beds and products. I recommend everyone to stop in and see the difference for themselves!Worldwide > United States > Raleigh, NC > Tanning
