I wanted to take a minute to warn anyone who may think of buying an alarm system from Pacific Alarm Systems. Initially I chose Pacific Alarms because I wanted a local company. When I first contacted a salesperson, he quoted me a competitive rate. Little did I know he kept coming back to me with accessorial charges and slowly kept increasing the cost. In the end he sold me a system that was almost double in price. He too was very careful not to give me a written estimate, it was all verbal. Once they had my credit card they kept charging me a slew of other fee's. I might add, their personel are the most un-professional I have ever dealt with. The sales manager will not answer questions and good luck getting them to call you back. Last of all it took over 6 visits from their technicians and 7 months to finally get the system working. Do yourself a favor stick with ADT or a company that is better known and reputable. If you go with Pacific Alarms, you will be gravely disappointed and ripped off!
