Terrible
I don't even know where to start. First let me start off by saying if you want your children eating soup and sandwinches everyday then this is right. they repeat their meals over and over again. there are some teachers that are great but for the most part the staff is awful. I can remember hearing about a teacher that actual hit a kid on his head because he wasn't listening. The people in charge are very rude and are in it for the money. I would not reccommend this day care to anyone. I have children and I would shop around for 5 years before I would take mine to this day care again. I had them in it for 2 weeks and that was enough.

On the contrary this place is wonderful
I'm not sure when the reviewer above had thier children enrolled, but I have to disagree. When I had my child there, the lunches varied every day and the teaching they provided my young 2 year old allowed her to learn various new songs, improved her motor skills immensely and taught her more about social settings as well. They have wonderful programs for the children, including 'tumbling for tots , safety week, as well as various art projects weekly.

I can't recognize the center described by the first reviewer as the one my son attends, as we've found Our Inn-Spiration to be a great place for our son. While I agree that the quality of the staff can be somewhat uneven, we have been truly impressed with the quality of care and instruction our child has received. Even at this early stage of the year, I'm beginning to worry if he'll be bored in kindergarten because he's already learned his letter skills so well. The atmosphere is stimulating but focused, and the staff clearly love children and are very skilled at what they do. And about those lunches--yes, they're a little boring to my tastes, but they're based on what my very picky eater will actually eat.

Wonderful
I don't believe the first reviewer is accurate. I truly do not believe that the staff is in this for the money. When I was looking for a place to place a brand new baby- I was torn between two centers. 7 months into my pregnancy, the owner called me up out of the blue and checked in with me to see how I was doing. I knew at that moment that I had found a caring place to send my child. The food is not soup every day! There is a wide variety of foods and my son tells all the different foods he tries each and every day. For the most part the staff is wonderful. I have never seen a child hit, or have heard about it from my son. I would imagine if such a thing did occur the person who did it would be immediately fired. The owner in my experience does not tolerate any harm of children- whether from the staff or other children doing child like things such as hitting. The staff is loving and kind with each other and the kids. I love this place so much that my third baby will also attend. I c

Excellent Daycare
We are very pleased with this daycare center. Our 20-month old daughter has attended for four months, and we have found the staff caring, attentive, and well-attuned to our daughter's health and emotional well-being. If you are lucky enough to get a spot at Our Inn-spiration, take it. I, too, suspect the first reviewer confused this place with another. I read the first review prior to enrolling our daughter and was a little bit wary until actually visiting the place, at which point my wife and I, who had already visited three places that struck us as sub-par, knew almost immediately that we wanted our daughter there. Unlike any of the other places we had visited, Our Inn-spiration struck us as a healthful, positive, and happy environment. The last four months have proved our first impression accurate.

We serve home made banana and pumpkin bread as well as blueberry bran muffins. For lunch we have everything from taco salad to lasagna. When I bring the food to the children they are always happy to see me and tell me how much they love my food! I have even had moms ask for our recipes! I have worked here for almost 2 years and if I had known about Our Inn-Spirations when my kids were little I would have been thrilled to send them there. I'm wondering if this review was written by an ex employee who didn't meet with the owners stringent qualifications and experience required for the job? Please come see for yourself! The smell of fresh baked muffins, delightful atmosphere, and excellent staff await you and your child!

The first reviewer's assessment of Our Innspiration is simply incorrect and I suspect motivated by a personal grudge of some sort - the daycare that the reviewer describes does not even resemble Our Innspiration. The staff at Our Innspiration is patient, caring, and well-trained, and I've never detected a note of rudeness on their part. The curriculum is also fantastic, and our daughter has learned a tremendous amount during her time here. When we started sending my daughter to Our Innspiration, I thought of daycare as an unfortunate necessity for a two-income family, but because of the fantastic experience she's had here, I can now say in all honesty that were daycare to cease being a necessity for our family, I would still want my daughter to attend Our Innspiration at least two or three days a week - it truly is a beneficial experWorldwide > United States > Tacoma, WA > Bed & Breakfasts
