Excellent Experience

Called to make an appointment to have my dog neutered. As I was referred by Spay & Neuter Action Program (SNAP), I asked about cost, and was told "I don't know", then placed on hold for 3 hours! Very crappy customer service

Tumor
I began going to North Park Pet hospital ever since I had to go there for my dog who had a sever tumor in his ear. I was worried that it could kill him but Dr. Osawa did a very good job and now my dog is doing very well.
