Baja Lobster without Trip Across Border
If you are looking for good Baja lobster, but don't want to cross the border, go to Ortega's in Hillcrest. Yes, it will cost you more than in Mexico, but it's the closest you can get without crossing the border.

Great Mexican food they have really good appetizers, I love the queso fundido. Happy hour 3:00-6:30 Monday-Sunday you can't beat that.

Good Lobster
I eat here often. If you like real authentic Mexican food Ortegas is the place. I love the lobster and shrimp plate they cook it just like in puerto nuevo served with rice, beans and tortillas.

Great Mexican food
I really like this next restaurant in San Diego. They have a very extensive menu and the food is very authentic. Parking was a little bit tough but other than that I was really happy with my experience and I will definitely be coming back.

Great Mexican bistro
