A bad place to live
There could be worse I guess. The manager is never in the office or even on site when they are supposed to be. They do not repair things in a timely manner or at all in some cases. They paint over ...

Not a nice complex to live in
The apartment complex can't seem to keep a manager for more than 4 months. Everything is constantly breaking, leaking, not working and they do nothing but add duct tape (seriously) and even lie about coming over to fix it. They fix the books concerning water so you have to pay for more than you actually used. They don't even fix huge holes in the ceiling that leak and have mold growing in it. I do not reccomend this place until they make some changes!

I am presently a tenant of Orchard Grove Apartments, It is a great place to live and pets are welcome It has a new owner and management. The on-site manager is friendly and responsive to tenants needs and any repairs that are required are made quickly by on-site maintenance personnel. And last, but not least, the rent is reasonable.
