Best of the best
This is one place i highly recommend to everyone who is serious about keeping fit and healthy. Excellent location with great atmosphere for working out coupled with great staff and facilities. I have checked quite a lot of different health clubs around town but nothing satisfied me more than at One 2 One training. I would like to add that training at One 2 One has truly changed my life and the way i look at keeping fit and of course adding muscles. I am in it for life now. The quality of trainers is excellent with one person in particular who has changed my outlook is Marco Maldonado. He is one of the best in his field and i highly recommend Marco to all of you looking for that personal training. Kudos to One 2 One and Marco in particular!!!!User review by shaaye
The equipment is excellent. Pay the extra money and join without a trainer. The trainers are not regulated and may not provide the services you pay for. Pay my lessons and give no money up front. The owner will not help you recoup any monies lost. I was a member for 6 years. Great equipment, dishonest trainers, without adequate management. Do not join long term, but great for a short term.GREAT PLACE
I was highly satisfied by every aspect of this gym. And the owner was very helpful and had the biggest quads I've ever seen. Real trainers who don't just teach it but live it. Besides the guy who's always dancing it's okay with me!GREAT PLACE
The trainers are WONDERFUL! This is a great place to go to if your lookiing for a REAL trainer. Great looking gym with nice equipment.warehouse style gym, with older equipment filthy bathrooms and a lot of would be trainers that hang around all day.
ok,my experience with this gym is that it is a gym. there is nothing fancy, and a lot of filth,(especially the bathrooms).. i understand the appeal of a hardcore barebones gym,but this place is not it... i have been here a half a dozen times..at different times..and it's always dirty. i would say that about 4 out of 10 trainers there at any one time actually train people. There is a cool glass enclosed cycle room, but havne't ever seen a class with more than 5 or so people. the ultimate fighting?kickboxing trainer and room are pretty hard core and have a big following. The owner walks around like a little king but never introduced himself. The manager marko,marco..?? was sometimes smiles sometimes not. front desk rarely manned.. They do have nice big glass windows..Worldwide > United States > Houston, TX > Gyms and Fitness
