If you need a working AC I wouldn't call this company

I made the mistake of trusting this company to replace my 80 year old mothers air conditioner and heater unit. I would never deal with them again.
It was installed in April. We spent $4,000 of mom's minimal savings so that she would not spend the summer in Texas with no air conditioning.
Mr. Hicks sent two men out to install the unit and neither of them knew how to do it. They were there for 8 hours and in the process cut the power line to the garage leaving a hot wire sticking up in the yard. We still have no power to the garage. Since the install the air conditioner has never worked properly. If the heat outside gets above 85 the unit cannot keep up and this is a 4 ton unit. We have called Olen Hicks at least 30 times trying to get responses and repairs. He has come out about 5 times. Each time he does nothing and keeps saying he will fix it or replace it. After almost five months we still get no responses to our calls. He won't call back because he doesn't know what the p

Probably not a good bet

My grandmother used this person to install her AC and they have been unable or unwilling to fix the AC. Has not worked correctly since the date of install.
