In my practice I work with individual adults, couples and adolescents. My areas of interest include, Men’s issues (especially around relationships, depression, identity and emotional awareness), relationships, divorce and separation, addiction, teen marijuana use and substance abuse. I am an active, and engaging Therapist, who provides individuals with clear suggestions and useful feedback. I have been trained in and use a variety of orientations, including, Cognitive Behavioral, Control Mastery, Humanistic/Existential, Psychodynamic, Brief and Solution Focused Therapies.
