Not for Families!
Oakwood Estates is not a place to live if you have children. There is absolutely nothing for them to do and the management is not sensitive to the needs of a family. Plus the rent goes up every year and the parking is a nightmare at times. In the winter cars are plowed in and salt is not thown on to the parking lots and only sparingly on side walks.
