Great cooking steak, rare meats, best Jerky I've ever had!

The best place for top quality meat for steak tartare, etc.
OMG, if you get a chance when picking up your dinner, try some of the Kobe beef jerky! Can't remember the name, it's from Oregon, and it's so tender it's out of this world. Yum!

Outraged to read the critique from the meat-washing twit cafecritic. Ottomanelli's is hands down the best butcher store in the greater NY area, if not the entire Northeast. Example... we bought a beautiful rolled rib roast for Sunday...
