the "hype" is actually TRUE!
A co worker read a few on line reviews about this place and asked me if it could possibly be true? The answer is YES! I have been a member a little under 9 months and I am in the best shape of my life. There isn't any secret here, it's...I changed my mind
I have spent tons of money on gym memberships and things like yoga and never saw any real results. I was hesitant to join because of this. I was probably a bit of a pain to the staff here. However, they are very patient and friendly...real results
After 3 months I can definitely say I have seen results. This is the best workout I have ever done, meaning I have actually stuck with it. It works everything and everyone there is so nice!member for years, it's my second home
I have been a member for several years and just love this place. They have moved a few times but the new location may be the best one yet, really big and all new bags.good gym
I just finished my 3 month membership here and signed up for another year. I was skeptical, out of shape and had never done martial arts before. This place is serious, but in a good way. I mean the workouts are hard, the technique very...great kickboxing class
I used to be a member at another gym and found it tremendously over hyped. I have been a member of New York Sanda for only a few months, but it has matted floors, tons of thai bags and tons of classes. I care about results and I have seen...best of all I tried
I relocated here and needed to find a new kickboxing school. I tried many before I joined here. This is the bestIf you don't want to work out this is NOT for you
A few things this is NOT 1. a spa 2. a pick up joint or 3. pseudo exercise. This is the hardest workout routine in the city right now. Yes, it is packed. Because it is good. Ever taken Birkam yoga? Yes, you will sweat. Yes, when 25 people...Please filter the reveiws
A number of the actual members here have noticed a few fake reviews by supposed members. The fact is, this place is a great workout. Maybe if you don't want to workout hard, you get hurt feelings and walk away. But most of us LOVE the...Good workout, class cards for those with bad schedules
I work and go to school, hard to get to class. And only downside is they do not have morning classes. But when I can get into a class, I have a class card. I have seen some good results. If I could go more, I'd see better ones. But this...San Da kickboxing is the way to go
I took karate as a kid and a few boxing lessons but I wanted to do real kickboxing. A few friends do Thailand boxing but I saw a facebook ad for this place and liked the intro special. I've been a member now almost 6 months. FANTASTIC...Thai boxing and killed jits
Was looking for a good MMA school for a long time and then I found these guys. Rare to find both good thai boxing and good Brazilan Jiujutsu in one place and be able to afford it. This is the real deal. The best in NYCNothing like this workout
Like everyone on the planet, I had a bunch of gym memberships, I tried boxing at a few of them, my roomate does yoga. Blah, none of them entertained me. The classes at NY San Da are a mixture of kickboxing, thai land boxing and mixed...Hardcore workout
This is not a workout for the squimish. It is hard core. I agree with the assertion by others it may be the hardest workout in the city right now. To me, that is a GOOD THING. I didn't join a gym to socialize, I joined for results and...a different kind of kickboxing
I had taken kickboxing at my local gym but a friend was taking this class and she was having better results and said the class was quite fun. With an existing gym membership, I took the first three classes and then had to think about it...Gross
I'm not exactly sure why this place is so overpriced. The room smells horrible. There's absolutley no place to change, bathroom is DISGUSTING, and the instructor/owner is pretty creepy. The workouts are good, i must admit that. But to...Real kickboxing, good instructors
I joined another gym (don't want to name them) and while the workout seemed hard, no one corrected me or taught me anything really. Then I joined NY San Da. from the first class, they corrected stuff in a very friendly way and even the...Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Gyms and Fitness
