Horrible Insurance Company
I was rear ended sitting at a red light and they give me the run around about repairs, rental, medical bills. Tracy and Mike are both awful people with NO compassion for anyone. I did nothing but stop at a red light. I was without a car for over a month had to bum rides and pay my own medical bills so I could continue to see my doctors.

Horribly Unprofessional People
This company is a nightmare. Just like the other reviewer, I was rear ended, through no fault of my own. I was 4 months pregnant at the time, and had 3 other children to get to school, music etc.. This company not only dragged its feet, did not return phone calls, and made little to no attempt at getting the problem resolved. They were very rude on the phone, and basically let me know they didn't care about my situation, that they didn't have to talk to me if I was going to raise my voice. They didn't need someone telling them how to do their job. And that was a supervisor! If at all possible STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!Worldwide > United States > Jones, OK > Insurance
