NOTEABLY excellent service
Called Mark at NPH company, he was here in 2 hours and replaced my water heater. Nice guy, too. He informed us that it is a code requirement to pull a plumbing permit to install a water heater and that a town of Norwood plumbing inspector had to look at his work for insurance purposes. The inspector came by 2 days later and assured us that Mark had done everything properly. He also took the old heater away and cleaned up very nicely. I would recommend him any time. Great customer service
When I called Norwood Plumbing and left a msg to call me about a plumbing job he returned my call promptly. Arranged to look my work and scheduled a time to do it. I was very satisfied with his work. He was very clean and neat. I would use them again if the need arose.

Excellent Service, Highly Recommended
Our water heater died suddenly, leaving a small pond of water in our basement and leaving us with no hot water. After making several calls, I spoke to Mark of Norwood Plumbing and Heating. He was easy to get ahold of, and was available to help us that same day. Of all the plumbers I talked to, he seemed the most knowledgeable and he took his time to ask questions about our needs and then to explain all my options, and his price was fair. He gave a definite price and said that the price included everything (including the town inspection permit, which he insisted on - which I liked; it meant an objective person would be inspecting his work when finished, not to mention it is the legal thing to do) and he said the price he gave over the phone would not change once he got to our house (meaning he wouldn't get here and say, "oh, I didn't know you'd need blah blah, that will cost more"). He came here that afternoon, did a great job, charged me exactly what he said he would, and came the following week to meet with the town inspector to make sure his work was approved. All in all a great experience. We highly recommend Mark. And he loves dogs too!
