WOW!! What a store! I went on advice of my co-workers and I was impressed. They helped cure my dog from an itchy skin problem when my own vet had failed. The salt water was amazing and the specialist was a wealth of info! They even had a miniature horse !

This is a fantastic store! I've been a customer for years. We've recently had a chain pet store open up on the north side that I tried for awhile... I've returned to Pet Creations! Nothing beats the personal service that Kim and the staff provide! Kim always knows the answers to your questions & if she doesn't, she will go out of her way to find out for you! Wonderful one on one service... I don't know how she does it! :))

The Best!!!
This is the best pet store. I had an emergency with ill tropical fish, even though it was close to closing time-they kept the store open and provided expert advice on how to balance the water and cure my fish. All the products and advice worked-I saved three ill fish. Kim provides the freshest parrot food and seed. They also trim the beaks, nails and wings on my two blue front amazons. They are gentle and experts in their field. I highly recommend them.

Amazing!!!!
We had 4 tropical fish that were eating the fins off of our other fish and they helped us out. Everything was great it was clean and most of all of the animals in there were well taken care of and the people we just extremely friendly to us. I would recommend them to anyone needing any help with your pets.

VERY BAD!!!!!
dirty, rude, dogs kept in fish tanks,dead fish in 75% of the tanks, reef has flat worms, damsel tank has a lion fish in it. I will never go here again 10/21/10

Very disappointed
Called first to see if they had the specific item; I spelled it and said no substitutes. Lady on the phone checked and said yes, we have it. I drove 42 minutes to get there. They didn't have it. Took 15 minutes to get someone to help me, they all stood around talking. The store is in an old building but it wasn't filthy, just old. Their prices seemed high for the few products I knew prices from other pet stores. Finally this guy TJ came in the back door and was a HUGE help. Very polite and immediately asked if he could help me. He found a similar product, it was 12 capsules for $12.99. Same thing online, free shipping, 100 capsules for $18.99. Well, at FIVE TIMES THE PRICE, don't believe I will be supporting the local economy this time.Worldwide > United States > Jacksonville, FL > Pet Stores
