Great Experience!
I recently purchased a vehicle from NGDcars and wanted to comment on what a great experience I had. My Salesman Aamir Salim was very respectful to me and very easy to work with. I have to say that my past experiences with car sales have been less than perfect, but Aamir was anything but the stereotypical Car Salesman. He was very polite, answered all of my questions about financing and warranties and was able to find me a vehicle that fit all of my wants and needs.DO NOT BUY FROM NORTHGLENN DODGE NO MATTER WHAT!
Northglenn Dodge lost our first four square and cost us an extra $200 per month on our payments when we redid the deal. They sent the payoff for our trade in to the wrong bank and we did not know until we got called about the bank going to repo the trade in. Then it also caused a negative mark on our credit on a loan we had never defaulted on before. He said he would fix it and now refuses to. They fired the finance lady when I complained admitting guilt but refusing to fix it. We have bought two cars from them and they have refused to do something as simple as make a couple calls and send a letter to fix our credit. They also resold our trade in vehicle before they even had the title and we were still responsible for the payments on the trade in car so we couldn't even return the vehicle we bought and get the car we still owed on back. The GM also insulted my wife and didn't think we heard him while we were buying our first car. They also did not honor the 30-day warranty on my second car and I had to raise hell just to get a windshield replaced that was actually on a Due Bill that the dealership still owed me. I have also yet to receive copies of the documents from my second car and the finance guy will not return calls or e-mails. This is a dealership that gives every dealership a bad name.DO NOT BUY HERE!!! THEY ARE LIARS!!!!
We purchased a used truck from Northglenn Dodge, and were lied to about an inspection being performed. The salesman Bob Peterson, told us he had "$1,500 into to truck with the inspections which were fine." When we took the truck in for routine maintenance 2 weeks after purchase, we were told that the transmission needs to be replaced. When we went back to request the inspection and the replacement cost from the dealership, they informed us that an inspection was never done and that Bob claimed he never said anything about an inspection. Long story short, Northglenn Dodge is willing to turn a blind eye to a misleading, unethical salesman who cost us an extra $2,360.00 in repairs. Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else!!!!Going out of business, most likely
Boutght a new 99 dodge neon from here as a work car. Was a joke, took forever. Told me that a 750 credit score was not good enough to get the 1.9% for 60 month financing. Finally, after seven hours, got the car for $500 below MSRP and 1.9% for 60 months.Long time sales, service, and body shop customers
My family and I have been customers of Northglenn Dodge since 2001. We have purchased 11 vehicles from them, most recently two 2008 Dodge Ram 1500's. Every experience with them has been great. The service does all of our maintenance at a fair price without having to wait long. Recently my red 2008 Ram was hit in the parking lot at school. Sean and Trevor took a stressfull situation and handled all of the nasty details.Great Service

I was in the market for a used car..when NGD couldnt locate a the car I wanted they helped me negotiate a great deal at another dealership. The next week my other car broke down and I went back and did buy a car at NGD...I will be a customer for life.RUDE-UNPROFESSIONAL
I came in to get my car serviced in the middle of October 2010, I walked in around 830am and asked the girl at the front counter (who i believe her name was Renea or Desirae) if she could get me a sales person because I wanted to look at vehicles while I waited for my car because my car was falling apart. She was on her cell phone and I waited for about 5 minutes before she acknowledged me, when she did, she snapped at me and was very rude, saying that everyone was in a meeting and I would have to wait. So I waited. I was sitting on the main floor and a man came down yelling and screaming at the sales people. I later found out her was the General Manager-Ryan. A very nice sales person- Amir finally helped me out. I looked at a few cars and he was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. I was ready to buy a car from him but then I decided it was time to leave when we came back inside and he went up to speak to Ryan about what I had liked. Ryan yelled at Amir and told him to stop being a p*s*y. I got called down to the service drive picked up my car and later bought a car from GO Honda. If you're in the market-this is NOT the place to go. They are rude, unprofessional, and the "management" screams obscenities at their employees while customers are around!!!!Close it up!
This place should just go out of business already. They have NO cars, the people are RUDE, nothing they say is promised. LIARS AND CHEATS. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.Worldwide > United States > Denver, CO > Auto Dealers
