Upscale? Compared to McDonalds?
If this is an "upscale" restaurant, I'd hate to see what is considered a dump. This is a bar, a dive, a joint with mediocre food, questionnable waitstaff and crude customers. This is the type of place that the lower working class...Worldwide > United States > North Andover, MA > Restaurants
