Chagrin Valley Rip Off

Called Norhio for a simple 90 foot snake of an exterior drain. The Estimate $647. Roto Rooter $267 or 58% less!! To add to my fury they charged me $59 to give me a redicululous estimate and the owner refused to waive the fee.
