Although they offer very cheap rates for FEDEX and UPS their customer service is appalling. You can never get a hold of any one and when you finally do they excel in rudeness and ineptness. Forget getting any help or questions answered because it is like pulling teeth-they sight every time and refer you to their website on every occasion. Even the supervisor is rude and when ask to speak to her supervisor you're told she is the only supervisor.
