I don't know what the previous reviewer was talking about, but my experiences with this cleaners have been very positive. I used to go to Heritage, but they burned a suit and jerked me around. This Cleaner's is great. If I'm not happy...

DO NOT GO HERE!
I took an Italian made suit here that had a vertical tear on the pants of no more than than a centimeter.
