A friend posted this on Facebook. "My sons girlfriend took New Harbor cab to the city and back. The fair was $22.00. She only had a $20 and $10, $30.00. The guy didn't have change and wanted to charge her $2.00 to stop at a store to get change, which would have been part of his tip. He got all the change instead as a tip. When I called to complain, I was told he was correct, it was a $2.00 charge to stop for change, and they are not responsible to have change on them. You are expected to have the correct change. I will NEVER use New Harbor again." When I saw her post, I suggested posting her story on every review site, and gave her the google link to them. She replied that she called the cops and they forced the driver to return the change. She said that was punishment enough, but I believe in protecting the public!
