Great People, Great Service
I've been bringing my Jetta to New Century VW for 3 years now for all my service needs. They are so nice and so helpful. They make you feel like they are truly looking out for your best interests. Whether just for an oil change or something more serious, they always have my car done on-time as promised. I didn't buy my VW here, but I certainly will next time around.Well Run VW Dealership
I got my Jetta from New Century and my Mom purchased her Bug there also. For the past 5 years we've returned for their auto servicing. The buying process was quick, pleasant and a great deal. The auto servicing mirrors the same great customer service. With reasonable prices and good turn around. It's not a huge dealership, but they have always had what I've been looking for. Plus, their waiting rooms are nice and it's a good location among several other auto dealerships.Yucky salespeople
I was referred to this dealership by the Costco Car buying program. This was by far, the worst experience I've had in purchasing a car. I had to make an appointment, then when I got there, I had to be entertained by the another salesman while I waited for almost an hour. There was no deal, and I could of been told that ahead of time. They could not find the book with the price until the end to show that the deal was not really a deal. It was a complete waste of time. The service is suppose to avoid the typical car salesman experience, but in fact, that is exactly what I got.great dealership!
if you're getting your car serviced, ask for larry. he's friendly and helpful. he's also a bit of a card, so he'll brighten your day up. larry also went out of his way to special order a part for my car. i know if i need to order something from the VW parts catalogue, i'll go to him.Lemon Dealers
I bought a used car from them that needed a new transmission, had the odometer rolled back, and I brought it with a full gas tank and when it came back it was empty so they took gas from other vehicles that were there for service.service
They took all day to change my oil (9-5). They said it would be an hour. They said they would call- They didn't, until they said it was repaired. It wasn't. When I got there at 5 I had to wait a half hour for my car. None of the things I told them to look at were looked at. They charged me for new bulbs for my blinkers which were still not functioning.WORST EVER!!
Liars. Awful salesmen. Will say and do anything to make a deal. But will not tell the truth about the car your are actually getting. Lied about almost everything. They made a bunch of shifty last second changes and "messed up" on crucial numbers on the final documents. Because of New Century I will nver buy a VW again. Beware. Run, avoid at all costs. These are the type of people that create such a bad name for car salesmen. Horrible and shameful. I waste time every day thinking about how these bad people sucessfully ripped me off and ruined what should have been a happy experience.DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE
Terrible Service, My daughter has been having nothing but trouble with the service center., May 17/08 Was the LAST TIME our car was serviced. . The mechanic climbed into her car greasy without protection and left the grease on her wheat colored seats floor and door. Mike the service manager stated to VW Customer Care that she was not even there although she has the receipt for the service and signedt that they indeed left the interior dirty with grease (they over-filled the oil the week before) is why we were back, I have spoken to Nicole at VW Customer Care 3 times over various problems with the service and even asked if she should go to another dealer to have her car serviced due to lack of service and potentail retaiation, She stands behind Mike that the car was not there. Egads what the hell !!!!!DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE DISHONEST
I bought my first car here a month ago. They committed fraud. I went to a dealership as I know nothing about cars/ buying cars. I stupidly believed that by coming to a dealership I would be treated well. The salesman I dealt with is called Cesar - DO NOT EVER EVER LET THIS MAN SELL YOU A CAR!! He told me the car did 30 miles to the gallon. He told me my finance payments would be a certain amount a month. I agreed for them to go ahead with this amount over the phone. I arrive the next day and am told that it will be much more than what I agreed to. They also told me that all taxes/ fees would be included in my total amount - LIES LIES LIES. The car does 18 miles to the gallon. My payments are far more than I expected and part of my down payment went towards the taxes and fees not the actual car. Unfortunately I did not have anyone I could take with me who knows about car sales and also I work like most people so did not have a huge amount of time to check whether a reputable dealership was lying to me or not. Their behaviour has been nothing but despicable and dishonest. I am now left with a car I do not want and would never ever have bought had I been told the truth from the beginning. Out of principle no one should buy a car from this dealershipWorldwide > United States > Glendale, CA > Auto Dealers
