I have been going to Nephesh for over 5 years and I absolutely love it!!! Audrey is an amazing pilates instructor. I have been to many many different pilates studios and I have never been as pleased with the results and the training as I have been with her. I am a hairstylist and I have alot of of joint pain ( knees, back, shoulders) pretty much everything, and I feel like pilates is strenghthening my whole body and will allow me to do my job and be a good mom to two young children, pain free!!! One of the best things about Nephesh is they have Chiropractic care as well. Being an athelete for over 20 years I have always been under chiropractic care so I am very picky and want to feel comfortable with the adjustment process. Kit is wonderful, gentle, and listens to my aches and pains. Nephesh overall is a great business, very classy, amazing customer service and I would highly reccommend it to anybody.
