Buy Here Pay Here dealers
The price is high and the financing is high because these places are for people who have bad credit or no credit and would not otherwise be able to get a car at all, not even at a high interest rate, especially now that the subprime mortgage industry has made the lenders very jittery.

If it's your only option...
After a nasty divorce, I had some serious financial trouble. My Jeep got repo'd and I was desperate for a car. I saw Neil's commercial and decided to give them a try. I knew of the dangers of the buy here pay here dealerships, but didn't much of a choice since I didn't have much for a down payment and my credit was shot. Neil's put me in an '02 Kia for $10k and I drove off the lot that day. The payments are high and the interest rates are through the roof but they have worked with me though my financial hardships. I have been laid off twice since buying my vehicle and they were pretty understanding and set up alternative payment arrangements with me. I wouldn't recommend Neil's (or any buy here pay here operation) if you have other options because you will over pay for a below average car. But if your options are as limited as mine, you have to do what you have to do.

We recently purchased a Buick Rendezvous from Neil's Finance Plaza. We experienced fast and friendly service personnel from all aspects of the dealership. Adam Gonzalez, the warranty manager was most impressive. He handled any issues we had concerning the vehicle in a timely and professional manner and at no charge to us. We recommend Neil's Finance for anyone needing a second chance or anyone needing a good used automobile.

worst car dealership in town!!!!!!!!!!
I went to Neils to get a car because I didnt know any better. I purchased a 2003 Neon, the engine light came on the next day and they refused to fix it of course. i had to call the fox 4 news station to get help. Even after that, it still wasnt fixed. I still have the car and i dont know what to do. i cant even trade it in. i wouldnt reccomend this dealership to anyone. also rocky is a money hungry piece of crap along with all the others that sell everyone the pieces of junk they have going through that place. it is rediculous.

I went to neil's to buy a car the other day. I filled out some paper work. Then an older guy came up to me and said you can't buy a car here you are because you get paid minimum wadge and you are a single white girl. Come back when you have a man. He was rude about every thing and I'm telling everyone. I wanted to buy a 2003 chevy trailblazer and they wanted 15,998 and Kelly blue book says 9,000 and there apr rateing us 18.9%. I went to the chevy dealer and they were nice and I got a trailblazer. It is a 2004 and I only paid 8,000 and nothing is wrong with it, oh and the apr rateing was 5.2%. That is a big dif. ??? What should I pay 18.9% apr or 5.2%???... neil's is wrong they don't help people they f**k them. Don't buy a car there, keep looking you will save a couple 1,000 I promise!!!!!!

Neil's Finance Plaza is ok in my book
I purchased a 2001 Vw Beetle. I had a good experience there. Everyone was nice and helped me through all my questions and financing. I wouldnt say I got a good deal but I will say that with my credit I am just happy I have a good running car that I can get to work and back everyday. I have recommended this place to a friend. I am rebuilding my credit and I have made my payments on time to them each and every month. So in my opinion if you have crappy credit and a little down payment...Give them a try.

They are full of crap!
I think that they are just a big rip off and a misrepresentation of a real car dealership. I realize that it's a place for people that don't have the greatest credit, but they shouldn't make a point to rip you off either...that's the main reason why you don't have the best credit in the first place. Just because I get paid three times this month, my car payment is going to be $645...can you believe that...who, in their right mind would pay that!!!!!! I will try my best to keep this car while I have it, but I really want to tell them to shove this car right up their.....

Advise
I bought a car from Neil, I'm getting ready to go make my last car payment. Yes, the amount of the car was very high over what it was worth, but I also started this journey with horrible credit, and now I've not missed any payments even made some early, I have good credit now.I would recommend this place for anyone that has bad credit, but only if you have bad credit, if you have other options, I urge you explore them too!!!!

Where do I start?!
My first dealing with this hole in a wall dealership was in 2005. They sold me a 98 Intrepid that mysteriously was stolen from a lot of expensive cars while at work. They made a deal that I pay $500 and the Intrepid would be considered paid in full. Mind you I only had the car for 4 months! I had a rental for the next 3 months while I shopped else where then realized I had no other option because I had unpaid student loans on my credit so I went back to them in January 06 for a 2002 Grand Am. That car was decent, physically & mechanically but it took me almost 2 years to pay it off (about $12,000). After my last payment I had plans to fix up the car but to my surprise the engine was bad! You guessed it, I went back the next month to trade-in, so i'm currently trapped with a Monte Carlo & this is the worst car yet! The first Spring i had the car i noticed a leak on the passenger side when it rains...we just had a nice rain & best believe I have a pond on the floor of the passenger sid

Recently I was watching the news one evening, and I saw Fox 4 Problem Solvers investigating another shady business. Guess who it was! Yep Neils! It seems they refused a young single mother who was a full time student. Neils refused her warranty two days after she bought a late 90's dodge neon that quickly became immobilized. I believe the warranty was for 90 days and any serious problems they will fix free of charge or exchange the vehicle. Well the sad story is her life has been greatly impacted with balancing school, work, and her child. I'm greatly disappointed in Neils service. Just remember your rep what you sol. Also you don't have to take my word e-mail Kansas City's Fox News Station and I'm sure they will tell you or search youtube for the "Fox 4 Problem Solvers Video". Also please write reviews to keep others out of harms way, and remember you rep what you sol. So small businesses take care of your customers or we'll just keep going to WALMART (LOL) Also be weary of Apple Electronics Extended Warranty. Thanks Take Care and God Bless!

You Have Got to Be Kidding Me!
I am a mother of 2 and I work for hospice so I need my car to support my family. My credit is not even close to perfect and I had been turned a thousand times.... So off to a buy her pay here deal.... Lets make a long story short.. the 90 day or 2000 mile warrenty is over nd now i am stuck with a blazer that I have only had for 1 month. and almost 600 dollars in parts and labor that I have had to pay for. I wouldn't recomend this place to someone I hated.....

No problems with Neil's
We bought a 2002 dodge for my daughter back in November of 2006, while it was still under warranty, we had a malfunction with the car. I called Neil's and they promptly fixed it. We are down to 1 more payment on her car and then intend to buy another one there for myself.

If it breaks down after 60 days or 2000 miles your on your own! If you default on the loan they will repo the car and re sell it again. If your stock # is xxxxR4 that means your car has been repoed 4 times and resold!The collectors are ruthless, rude, and non-caring people. The have been convicted of mileage fraud and lost a huge settlement. The place is a joke! They pray on the poor, young, and the elder. They claim to Christian but I would compare Regency Financial Corp aka Neils Finance Plaza aka The Finance Plaza to the devil.
