Airtran Airways is the worst airline available. The first flight was delayed which made my friend miss her layover flight and they said the next flight wasnt until morning and made her pay for a room! After hours(literally) of a young girl crying because she had unsafe experiences in this specific airport she was stuck in, speaking to multiple very disrespectful and unprofessional supervisors, she still had to purchase her own hotel room. Dont go airtran...go the right way where you'll be treated with respect and not miss flights...the american way...USAir all the way! They keep deleting my post on their fb its pretty sad they are so embarassed if they woulda handled this situation correctly then i wouldnt have to post at all. It is not right and they deserve to lose business and more people should be aware.
