Expensive, Careless Mistakes, Staff doesn't listen to clients
For $80 each grooming I expect my dog to be properly groomed. My dog came out with a botched clipper job, one ear that wasn't cleaned or cut, and a haircut that was the opposite of what I had asked for. When I complained, the owner wouldn't take responsibility and sent me away feeling like I had done something wrong.

Natures Grooming took great care of my dog while being groomed // with the professional coutesty staff from start to finish, Leigh Layne, the owner and groomer, has a love for animals that is uncomparable with any other groomer I have encountered. My dog is not very social with other dogs or people and was very shy for her first few grooming, but took right away to Leigh. The staff there took special note of this and gave her that extra TLC and attention she needed. In addition to the amazing staff there, another great feature of Natures Grooming is that Leigh deals closely with her clients from movie stars to the everday Joe Smith, she could care less about the notariety and more about the animals. This was my first time using Natures Grooming and I would definitely trust them to take care of my pup anytime.

BEST GROOOMER ON THE PLANET
Leigh has been taking care of my difficult, dirty, snarly, pain-in-butt Wheaten for 5 years. No cage drying. No injuries. No problems. Ever. He DRAGS me in to see her. He is loved and cared for the entire time he is there. I wouldn't consider taking my dog anywhere else. Expensive? Okay - maybe - but so what? Grooming your best friend in a safe, loving environment is not something that you should price shop. Watch the groomers through the glass window - no nooses - no problems. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

BEST GROOMER in the USA!
Since I have had to live in various states and even out of he country, I have had experience with numerous groomers. The owner of Nature's Grooming truly loves her job and she is dedicated to having her team perform in a very loving and highly skilled way with all the pets brought in to her shoppe! My dog-"Bob" has had exceptional service at this shoppe. If she sees any inconsistencies in the dog's health -she lets you know. My dog is a Shih Tzyu-so they usually have eye problems. The way that she always kept the areas around my dog's eyes so manicured and cut short to keep away any hairs that would aggrevate the eye area -my dog's eye problems cleared up. The vets at VCA Hospital said because of my dog's very thorough and extensive grooming -he has been able to be very healthy because he is so well taken care of! Thanks so much to all the wonderful people at Nature's Grooming. YOU are Number ONE+ in the USA!

We love Nature's Grooming. LOVE. They take such great care and pride in their work, and treat your dog as if it were their dog. One of the great things about the shoppe is the big glass window; you can see everything that is going on there, so look for yourself. You'll see calm, happy dogs and a staff that is gentle, kind, loving.

Amazing care, incredible customer service!!!!
My first experience with Leigh, owner of Nature's Grooming, was beyond patient and compassionate. I called her in a panic, worried about the condition of my dog's ears. I had just picked up my Cavalier King Charles puppy from 10 days in a kennel, and to say her ears were a mess is an understatement. Leigh was so patient and reassuring with regard to how the tangled mess could be easily resolved. I brought my dog to her, and she managed to untangle and carefully clip the matted fur that was in a very tender spot where the side of her ear joins to the head. My puppy, Brooklyn, was miserable until Leigh was able to help her. When I inquired about the cost, Leigh told me it was no charge. I couldn't believe it. I have NEVER had a small business owner offer a service for no charge. She treated my dog with love and tenderness, and did not want anything in return for such incredible care. I began to take my dog to her for all grooming needs.

The WORST EVER! My dog caught an infection
I think that everyone who wrote a review must have received a FREE service for their dog in exchange for a positive post, seriously. I took my 5lb dog to this place bc everyone was booked the day I needed an appointment. Although, I was not impressed with the cheap and outdated website I saw for this business I thought I would give it a try bc of the good reviews. Horrible mistake!!!! When I arrived the crazy owner Leigh came out and told me how good she was and how everyone loves her. Meanwhile, she criticize me telling me she didn't like my purse and that I should get a new one. Oh, I think it was more like she though it was raggedy. I guess like her dusty old shop. Anyway, she went on to say how well she treats her dog and if anyone hurt it that she would KILL them. She was super critical of my dog. She told me that I should only get my dog groomed w/ her and how she has been grooming for 30 years. She said all of the groomers that groomed my dog did a horrible job. Yet the only thing she could say was that my dog's ears had hair in them. I asked when my dog would be ready and she told me in 3 or 4 hours. She said she couldn't start my dog for an hour and that it would sit in a cage. She also said they would be taking an hour lunch in 30 minutes. I said that I would keep my dog until they were ready. She insisted that I leave her so they could start her. I don't know if that meant wash her and leave her wet in a cage for an hour or what. When I picked up my dog she was happy to see me. The next day she was yelping and I looked at her ear and it was filled with a strange texture of looked like wax. I wiped her ear clean and called the vet. The next day I checked her ear and it looked like honey was coming out and it was bleeding. I called Leigh at Nature's Grooming and asked her what she used and how she cleaned my dog's ears. She became her defensive crazy self and wouldn't let me get a word in. She denied that it could have been anything she had done. Yeah Right! My dog has been in perfect health since I got her as a puppy. I brush her several times a day and groom her weekly. Yet Leigh told me my dog's ears looked like that hadn't been cleaned in a year. The vet told me that my dog had a bacterial infection and that her ear was inflamed and there was blood inside. I took me awhile to write this post bc I was so upset about this. I really can't stand dishonest people and this owner is irresponsible, dishonest amongst other things. I don't think she should be in business. My vet told me to never take my dog back there. I don't think anyone should. Leigh groomed my dog and she couldn't even apologize for what she did. On top of all of that, I was charged $85 for a grooming job that normally costs me $40 bc I told she would do a excellent job. Never again!

Best Groomer Ever
This is the best grooming salon on the west side. They care for your animal as if it were their own. My dog gets excited about getting groomed...Go figure!!!
