Let me say first of all i'm a very hard guy to please when it comes to my vehicle .I had a problem with my vehicle that my regular mechanic just could not fix ,frustrated and going crazy I was explaining my problem to a very close friend of mine and he told me about Nates Auto and that he had a pretty good experince with his vehicle there ,so i said let me call him first and see what this guy is all about , I called him spoke to Nate and explained to him what was going on and he told me bring it over and that it was a common problem that happens alot to my specifc make of vehicle, I said to myself ok so far so good lets see. I drove to Nates on tremont ave. When i arrived there it looked like a mad house -cars and customers every where , I pulled in asked for Nate and he greeted me very well I immediately asked him you have alot of cars here he responded right away with your a "new customer and you will be taken care of with Vip service" . Nate told me to leave my car for a couple of hours and that he will call me when it's ready i said ok no problem , I left my car walked to my buddys house not that far away and not even 1 hour later he calls me and tells me come over - I said to myself he probably gave up and couldn"t fix it ..I get there and he tells me your headache is over your car is completeted ,after checking my car i could not believe it, Icalled my regular mechanic and told him he was shocked ... Just to show you what kind of guy Nate is my mechanic called him and Nate explained to him what was wrong and what he did to rectify the problem no other repair shop owner will go out of there way to explain to another repair shop what was done .....This Guy is a Amazing Guy !! -By the way when I saw my friend who recommended nate to me I smacked him for not telling me about Nate sooner !!!!!
