A family owned business, naked TCHOPSTIX has been open since the fall of 2003 under the direction of owners David & Maggie Lee. The Lees opened the first naked TCHOPSTIX in Broadripple, Indiana with the idea of bringing the contemporary dining experiences of New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles to their friends and family in Indianapolis. Through a fusion of refined and casual dining, the lees hope to elaborate on the traditional definitions and expectations of asian cuisine to surprise, excite, and satisfy the senses. it is their hope that the naked TCHOPSTIX experience will show everyone that good food and good dining is a universal passion that translates seemlessly from east to west, through all cultures.
