When you go in for a nail service don't expect to get what you want. It is all about them. When I made a suggestion when I didn't like my nail shape I was argued with and then yelled at. You will pay high prices for low quality work.

Doesnt seem very well trained.
Went in for what I thought would be a fill. Allowed self to be talked into getting a new set because apparently they dont know how to repair chips. They ARE pleasent. She was the only one doing nails there when I went in and there was 1...

Good place
I had a deluxe pedicure done at Nail Spa and was very happy with the results. I found the people to be quite friendly and nice and they did what I asked for, no hassles. Not sure why others are having issues.
