Nice and Cozy Salon!
This place is definitely my favorite nail salon. I always go get a bagel from the Noah's Bagels next door and then walk in. I don't even need to make an appointment. (Although I recommend it because they are always busy) I choose a color...Worldwide > United States > Portland, OR > Nail Salons
