They Are Just Fine
If you move the whole hospital to Upper West Side bellow 96th Street, it would be nice and clean. Walls and personal are not the one who make this hospital a horrible place, the patients are.

Good hospital in not so good looking, busy surounding.
This is great hospital. Although the building is pretty nice, it felt more like busy bus or metro station (it has busiest ER on the east coast). I had very good experience with every staff member I talked to (except for hospital security...Worldwide > United States > Bronx, NY > Health and Medical
