Overpriced and Rude
Mr. Appliance wanted to charge me $218 for 15 minutes of work and a $35 replacement part on my washing machine. Then the service man told me I "could get a Mexican to do it for less and it will probably break and flood your house." Even the service person I called from Sears was shocked at Mr. Appliance's quote for the service plus part.
