Mo' Money Taxes is unprofessional and I recommend that no one deal with them. The one on Gallatin Rd. Is the worst. You try to give our Black Business owners our business but they are the ones who treat you like you owe them something. So heed my warning Don't I repeat Don't patronize Mo'Money Taxes!!!!!! One is the lowest rate this site would allow me to give I tried giving them NO STARS!!!!!

I went to the location on Jefferson St. this year. I saw how they were last year as far as getting your return when they said they would. They had people waiting for weeks longer than they promised them their return. And this year is the same thing. It was my fault for going to that particular location this year. First, I heard the commercial on the phone where it says: "......you'll be glad you did". I have NEVER been more disappointed in my life. You try and patronize your black businesses and this is what you get. They should just be honest with people and tell them that they should get their return sometime in mid to late February instead of a couple days. They tell you that just to get your business then, they start with the bullshit. I filed on a Friday. They told me that it would be there on the following Tuesday and to call them. I called on Tuesday. They said that they were 99.9% sure that it would be there on the following Friday and to check after 12:00 noon. I called and even went up there. MO BULLSHIT. They said that they were waiting for the "IRS" to give them the authorization to print checks and to check back by 5:30pm. I called back. MO BULLSHIT!!!! I got no answer. MO Money ON JEFFERSON ST in Nashville, TN. gives you MO BULLSHIT than YO money. NEVER, EVER GO TO THAT LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!! GO TO THE ONE ON GALLATIN RD. They WILL get your money very, very fast. They say what they mean and mean what they say. No bullshit. I love MO Money. Just not the one on Jefferson St. in Nashville, TN.
