Damaged Clothing
Damaged a number of pieces - shrunk two sweaters, chemically burnt/dulled a shirt (now unwearable), tore a hole in cashmere sweater (though they did fix free of charge), and popped *many* shirt buttons which they replaced w/ odd ones (didn't use the ones the shirts came with, strangely) and never told us. We stopped going there and are only now noticing all sorts of mismatched buttons all over the place, on shirts we have only ever taken to them to clean.

A completely different experience...
...fromt the other reviewer, but I understand that these things happen. However, I've been going to Mitage for nearly 5 years now and they've always been great. I trust them completely, so much so that after moving from the Miracle Mile to Hollywood, I still make the drive to drop off my clothes to them. And while I have no way of verifying it, they advertise that they don't use toxic chemicals, which is a plus (I went to them before I knew that -- it was my wife who wanted me to check).Worldwide > United States > Los Angeles, CA > Local Services
