I was recommended to them by a neighbor and after calling around for prices, I was happy with the prices they quoted me. Plus, I received good customer service over the phone and they were able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. The end result is a sprinkler system that works perfectly - everything from the installation to the product itself was great.great for sprinkler systems!
I caled a few places to get estimates for an in ground sprinkler system so I could not water my grass manually daily! They cam right out, and explained in detail what would need to be done, wrote an estimate, and answered all my questions. The man seemed very professional and knowledgable. I did not go with them, nut the experience I had during the estimate was very good! Average prices.Extremely Poor Service!
I had their sprinkler system installed in 2007. When they winterized it at the end of the year, they did not leave the drain cap. I now cannot use the system. I called on May 26 and was told they would not deliver a part nor send one overnight mail. I was told that they would only send via regular mail. I even tried to buy one at Lowes, but they did not have the correct size.Terrible experience

My husband stopped to tell the driver, and the driver denied even having rocks on the truck. My husband told him that yes, you do and you just put two big cracks in my windshield, and I'm calling your company about this. My husband called the company immediately and left a message for a manager to call him. After not hearing back for several days, he called again only to be rudely informed by the person answering the phone, We're not going to do anything for you. I told you that the other day. She never mentioned this before, only said she'd take a message. After I made several more attempts to contact them, I was finally put through to the owner, Tom. He tried to deny it was their responsiblity and told me that was just a risk of driving on the roads and that he had stuff flying at him every dTerrible experience

My husband told him that "yes, you do and you just put two big cracks in my windshield, and I'm calling your company about this." My husband called the company immediately and left a message for a manager to call him. She never mentioned this before, only said she'd take a message. After I made several more attempts to contact them, I was finally put through to the owner, Tom. He tried to deny it was their responsiblity and told me that was just a risk of driving on the roads and that he had stuff flying at him every day. I told him that I drive on the freeways everyday and did not have rocks flying at me. I could understand the occasional stone flying up and hitting your car, but not rocks falling all over the place from the back of a truck. He said he would talk to the driver and call us back the following day. Big surprise, I never got a call back. After leaving numerous messages, I finally received an email several days later stating that they would not accept responsibility, that the driver said he had the rocks covered with a tarp and the back door was securely closed. Remember, when my husband originally stopped him, the driver denied even having rocks in the truck. The email ended by recommending a glass shop where we could have the cracks fixed for $10 each. Unfortunately, we will have to have the whole windshield replaced due to the size and spiderwebbing of the cracks, so that only added insult to injury.
