Nice guys but WAY overpriced

Took my 740IL in because the engine was running rough.
They wanted $660 to change 8 spark plugs and valve cover gaskets. So I asked to just have the spark plugs changed. They wanted $240 just to swap spark plugs!!! Their list price for...
