Man named Alan called and hung up when he couldn't talk to who he wanted (the person is deceased). When I returned the call back to Alan, he again hung up on me. And I'm joining the above to make a complaint to the BBB. This company...

We had our windows, room remodel, and storm door done by Mid Construction Inc. The salesmen were very respectful of our wishes throughout our projects. \r

Bad,Bad,and Worse

This business installs less than expected quality siding and windows. The good thing is there is a 10yr warrenty on the products but getting something done by the company and their workman is a unfortunate affair. Their installation is poor and the customer service is unbelievably poor. They have hoardes of excuses about why the material and installation do not perform as promised and after countless times attempting to fix, the result of perfomance is the same as before. Bad.

I Got Lucky

I must have gotten lucky. The owner/salesman, would not come around to my back yard where the work I wanted was to be done. Rather, he insisted he wanted to bring his briefcase into the living room. I said no, he left in a huff. I suspect that had I let him in, my wife and I would have been in for a long, high pressure sales pitch. Again, I was lucky.

Midwest Construction is the Worst!

These people are absolute slimeballs.Their telemarketers are in violation of the national do not call registry. I've reported them, feel free to join me. They will not stop calling me. Avoid these people like the vermin they are! Hang up on them and report them if they harrass you as they have me.

Same happened to us....

Owner/sales person wanted to match wits with my wife and got upset when we mentioned that we were going to get two more estimates. We were pressured. Estimates were given off the cuff.. Measurements were not taken.

We had our windows, room remodel, and storm door done by Mid Construction Inc. The salesmen were very respectful of our wishes throughout our projects.
The two installers that did our work were very polite, hard workers, answered all questions that I had while they were installing, and knowledge able about the product(I had a million of them most, of which I bet they've answered a million times but never made me feel like it was a bother).
Customer care after the jobs was just as nice as before the job.
Never have an issue with telemarketers over calling, just let them know just did work a year ago, they politely apologize and ask if everything is working fine. We say yes great. After all they are just doing a job.
If we have a concern about one of the projects that they did then we just call and either resolve the issue over the phone or they send someone out to answer our questions. We had a wonderful experience and have them set up to do our siding in the spring. We recomm
