They always were prompt as can be expected and very reasonable people to deal with. I never asked for a discount because I understand the cost of being a small business and appreciated their solid and honest way of doing business.

I was dissapointed with Midway Sewer. After a plumber came out and fixed the floor drain, which did not take long, he called again 2 hours later and told me there was no charge. One week later my check went through and the plumber denied ever speaking with me about not charging me, even though I have phone records of it. Will not call Midway Sewer again.
