Monday June 22, 2015 at 4:21 I called for a cab, the dispatcher said that it will be there in 10 minutes... The cab never made it. At 4:53pm the driver called me to let me know that he is here. I asked him where, since I have been waiting outside for him since 4:30. It turns out that the dispatcher sent the car to the wrong address then blame it on me instead of apologizing for his mistakes. He rudely lied and argued with me. I have always used this Cab service but I think that this is coming to an end unless they teach some manners to this dispatcher. Don't use their service if you have an urgency and value customer service!
