Very poorly managed, rodent problem in the apartments
I had several instances on infestation with mice. They run around the apartment in plain sight and are aggressive. It was so bad at one point I moved out after finding mouse droppings in my bed and on top of the counter and refrigerator....

This building is infested with mice. The management obviously can't get a handle on the problem.

Great Staff, Great building
I just found this online and have to say that stray critters happen everywhere in nyc. But the staff at this building are very helpful and I have personally never had a problem with critters here. The one time I had a maintenance issue...
