Very friendly, great pedicures

I have been to Merle Norman a few times to get my nails done. The women who work here are very nice and do a great job. The pedicures are wonderful, and last almost an hour for $35!

Excellent Manis and Pedis, Customer Service Not So Much...

While I have no complaints about the services provided at this really great cosmetic studio (manis and pedis are wonderful!) I must say that I do have an issue with appointment making process.

It has happened twice where I have called two weeks in advance to book an appointment and then placed a confirmation call the day before the appointment and they do not have me scheduled. What if I had not called to confirm and just showed up for the appointment I KNOW I made? Well, they couldn't help me and would have to turn me away since they were all booked up! Are you kidding me? I was not happy.

This has also happened to another family member of mine. My sister in law suggested that I book the appointment in person so I can see them documenting the appointment in their book. I just don't know - I feel that if I call and make an appointment and I am told "you are all set" - I should be able to show up and have the services I requested done.

In any case, that is the only reason I have an issue with this place. If you can get an appointment and can make sure that THEY keep it, then you are golden with the service.
