OK, I know BBQ! This place is tops! The real deal, "low 'n slow". We had a party of 5 and all were satisfied. The wings are to die for! This place is much better than the one on LV boulevard by the AF base. Service is great too!

Best BBQ on the planet
Without a doubt this is the best BBQ you can get in Las Vegas. Have eaten at the Santa Fe location several times; but now don't have to travel that far. This central west location has just as good of food and a fantastic design and atmosphere. if you need good food; head here.

Memphis BBQ is well known for their championship bbq. Their ribs are to die for. The menu consists of chicken, pork, chicken and even catfish. There's something for everyone. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. The portions are large---alot of bang for your buck. The food is very good!

Travel to Memphis without leaving Las Vegas
If you love REAL BBQ, done right the slowwww way, you must try Memphis. Las Vegas is a virtual wasteland when it comes to BBQ. I shake my head at all the cars I see go into Tony Roma's - that's not real barbeque. Ah, but Memphis... yeah... it's the juiciest, the tangiest, the tenderest... well, you get the picture! Dinner conversation will stop when the ribs arrive and then all you hear is ooh and aah until they are completely devoured.

One of My Vegas MUSTS!
I come from NC so BBQ is a picky thing for me. Yet I am still trying to find a restaurant here in NC that compares to Memphis Championship BBQ. The brisket is tender, moist, and packed with flavor. The sweet apple blossom tea is gently flavored and is served by the jarful. The hushpuppies are not big enough but are good. The pulled pork is tender and flavorful too and the desserts are wonderful. I love the Banana Pudding. The Bread Pudding is heavenly. But the real winner is the Chocolate Brownie dessert. FABULOUS. Once I had slow service but never again. The place is clean, the food is excellent, and the prices are right. We go every trip I make to Vegas and will continue to. Also, be sure to take home some sauce or Magic Dust. They sell it for a reason: it's terrific! Go to Memphis! You won't be disappointed!

best BBQ in the West!
I took 6 people there and it was all raves! The wings were superb, tyhe brisket excellent. I know ribs: the babybacks and St. Louis ribs were wonderful. They even removed the pluera (membrane) sauces were OK.Worldwide > United States > Las Vegas, NV > Steakhouses
