Negative stars....this place is horrible! They were sent out from a service contract I have. They were in my house a couple of minutes and said they needed to order a new ice maker. After a month (they don't answer their phone...ever...or return calls...ever...) my service provider finally told me they were waiting on a back ordered part...the tech finally came out after a month and told me the shipping was slow due to the holidays...a totally different story...I was told I should have ice within 24 hours..3 weeks ago...once again they won't answer their phone...the service provider is now telling me a part is on order...not sure how, as they have already replaced the whole ice maker, and never stepped foot in my house again to check it out...have been waiting on this "new" part for 3 weeks now...

This company is HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I could not get an actual person to speak to me for the first 9 phone calls, and then when I could reach someone, I was given nothing but rude "customer service", including being hung up on twice! If you want a professional repair center, this is NOT it.
