Dishonest
They tried to sell me a pair of struts I didn't need - over $500. I was there getting an alignment done. They did the alignment and told me my two front struts were "leaking really bad and needed to be replaced." I got a second opinion, and the repair place I took it to actually took me out in the shop to show me there were no leaks and reassured me.
