Dan McCord is a thief & a liar! We paid Dan the 1st.draw of our contract which was $67,000.00. Dan Never!! Honored anything! When it was time for Dan to start.Dan lied to us,by telling us that his Mother Catherine L.McCord was dying in a Phila. Hosp.Dan Lied for 2 months. Then said she died.Logs NEVER CAME! Dan even stole the $8,842.25 Basement check.We have learned that Dan has done this to many others. Dan commits Contractor FRAUD!!!! Dan has stolen Thousands & Thousands of Dollars!!!! I know of at least 8 Victims! Dan makes up bizarre excuses in order for people to feel sorry for him.All while he is stealing you blind.BEWARE OF THIS SO CALLED "CONTRACTOR" and his assoc.Shane Tunbridge. They have worked together on defrauding innocent people of their money!!! They also use False advertising!!!! Very substandard work if any.ARE NOT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ACREDITTED!!!
