Worst service ever!

I was at Master Z's for a tournament recently and the service was so horrible that I ended up walking out.

The first day was a friday evening so we ordered the fish fry. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes, my food was never served. People who were seated half an hour after me were being served their food, which was the exact same thing I ordered! I asked several times why my food hadn't been brought out. I was told they don't bring out food in the order that the food was ordered. I replied "so someone could order the same thing I ordered an hour and a half ago and get their food before me?" The waitress snorted "That's right" and walked away. I eventually gave up and went to a drive thru and got a burger. My food was NEVER brought out, but when the bill arrived, they actually tried to charge me for it!

The very next day of the tournament most of the patrons wanted to watch the Wisconsin NCAA tournament game. Master Z's REFUSED to show it. They had a UFC pay per view and insisted that it must be on EVERY tv. I asked if we could just have the Wisconsin on a couple of TVs. They refused. How stupid do you have to be to refuse to show Wisconsin in the NCAA tournament at a sports bar?!

I will NEVER go to this rediculous "Cue Club" again.

geobadger review is not true

as a real customer of Master Z's,I find that first review a joke! this is nothing more than a smear tactic from a unhappy person that didn't get his way at a local video game tournament. If you search all the reviews by Mr. Geobadger you can see he has a trend of writing nasty reviews. Master Z's Cue Club is a very clean upscale billiard club with awesome food. They have an all u can eat fish fry on Wednesdays and Fridays as well as $1 taco's on Wed too. .40 wings and a fun 9 ball tournament on Thursdays. So don't believe the first review, this place rocks. Just look at the Milwaukee Journal review on their fish fry!!!

Master Z's is AWESOME!

It sure sounds like Geobadger didn't go to Master Z's Cue Club! It sounds like a bad story that he had trouble making up or else he had a really bad burger from wherever he went to
I have gone there with 30+ friends already & the service was great! The staff was very sweet & went out of their way to serve EVERYONE at the Cue Club. They were very attentive to everyones needs & kept asking if we needed anything. The food was totally awesome! Some friends have returned many times already due to the fiendliness & awesome food. It is so well liked we have another very large party going there for a fish fry. All my friends thanked me for making Master Z's the fish fry destination. You can't make a better choice for food or service by going there. Besides JSonline wouldn't have given them such a great review if it was that bad.
