If you like the efficiency and customer service you receive at the Post Office, you'll love Marine Warehouse. Simply put customer service is a foreign concept at this store. I have been shopping here for 5 years, but after my last two experiences I am done. I have repeatedly spoken to management about how poor their attention to the customer is, and they simply don't care/don't change. I am now patronizing a different store in south Tampa that isn t as convenient for me, but I refuse to further patronize a business that doesn t care about its customers or their time. If you don t mind being taken for granted and treated like a doormat, shop here. If you have any respect for yourself as a paying customer, go somewhere else.

Beware!
Worst customer service in Tampa Bay, starting w/ the manager. Don't live up to their 48 hr guarantee so be careful & consider it a loss if your fish dies within 48 hrs. Beware!Worldwide > United States > Tampa, FL > Aquariums
