I am very pleased.

Great Store, got everything and the owner works there every day, and I mean every day! Place is busy all the time and they help one customer at a time, I like it a lot, very nice place and people, I am very pleased.

All i can say Maine Pet is the best i will always go to maine pet staff are very nice owners is very nice and they take the time and listen so i give the maine pet 2 thumbs up..

I have found them to have a wonderful selection of cat food -- the healthier brands. They also have bully sticks at a reasonable price. They are very responsive to ordering products for me. One negative is that I wish they didn't have puppies and kittens for sale in exposed cages. That is heartbreaking. I can't fault their retail efforts however.

Maine Pet or Crystal Clear Pet

I am new in town and I found between Maine Pet and Crystal clear pet, Maine Pet definitely the winner! At Maine pet several time when I asked for an item they take me there, show me how to use it and show me what else is on the market ( they know their products very well). at crystal clear pet if you asked for an item they only know how to point because they are too lazy to take me there, and don't even think about asking crystal clear staff about products opinion, they just don't care! crystal clear is not very clear at all. The only reason I still go there and pay their higher prices because last time when I returned something they give me a store credit. Several of my coworker will not go to crystal clear pet for the same reason. Stick with Maine Pet! after shopping there a few times they know you by name and what you want! I wish there is a Maine Pet in every town.

Its funny to read a negitive review of Crystal Clear Family Pets because everytime I go in there the staff is alway helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They go out of ther way to help me and are always friendly . I had a very bad experience at Maine Pet and will never go back. They do not care about their animals and their are always dead fish in there tanks. The staff gave me the wrong imformation on a product for my dog got and he got sick. I will never go back!!!

New to area

If you care at all about your pets then DO NOT go to Maine Pet and Aquarium. The animals are ill and the store smells. I ask someone for help finding a new cat toy and they could'nt be bothered because they were eating lunch! I am new to the area and I finally found my store,Crystal Clear Family Pets! I am so happy and so are all there pets. They take the time to understand your needs. Please do not waste your time with Maine Pet.
