Another dissatisfied customer!
When I called for my appointment I specified I wanted a male tech. My appointment was to be with Gil. When I arrived at the appointed time, NO Gil, and no explanation. I ended up with a young lady, who did a decent job, but nevertheless, was not what I asked for. There was a lot of noise from people talking outside our room and from street traffic. The room smelled musty and gave me a sinus headache. I won't be back!

Most people only write reviews when it's bad...
Having been a long time customer of Main Street Massage I feel I should comment regarding the previous reviews. The business is under new management now and has also recently moved to a new location (as of August or September 2010). The current therapists are wonderful. I have had a couple of bad ones in the past, but I'm sure that is true with every massage suite. Unfortunately they had some bad luck with hiring those two, but there are gone now. As for the location, the new owner took care of that! It is a very nice, well-kept office at 157 (Main/Cooper) and highway 287 inside a professional building. The old building was very outdated and run down, but this one is great! I will continue to go there for my massages especially with all the great changes! One of the therapists is about to get her Doctorate in Chiropractic and I am interested to see how a massage therapist turned Chiropractor will practice. I am ready to ditch mine because he makes me feel like a cow in a herd through h

you call that a massage ?
I just experienced the worst massage in my life! I just moved here recently, So i was just calling around. I made my appointment, get there, waited , waited some more, 45 min later they come out and say "oh im sorry i thought the appointment was at five. I should have left but I was in so much pain, I just needed some relief! Long story short , the massage ended , i still felt terrible, and then they asked if i would like to buy a package of massages! ! After that experience are they kidding? My lesson, Find a good therapist, because that was like going to big lots to get a massage! Thumbs down !!! The following week I ended up scheduling with another massage place in Mansfield and it was simply wonderful !

New owner at main street wonderful massage
Recently visited main street and they are wonderful courtieous and professional they told me that a new owner had taken over and boy does it show I had went there a few years ago and it did have a certain dirty vibe but heard about rumors of an ownership change and decided to try again and it was the best massage ever had I don't know who the previous owner was but the new owner certainly knows how to provide customer service I reccomend this facility very highly great jod main street keep up the good work customer for life!!!!!!
